Elevate L.I.F.E. Services supports individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities through personalized Independent Living Services. We help people build daily living skills, make informed choices, and participate fully in their communities.

Independent Living Skills

Practical daily living skills that help individuals live more independently and confidently at home and in the community.

Money Management

Budgeting, banking, saving, and bill-paying skills to help individuals manage finances responsibly.

Community Integration

Support for participation in community activities, social events, recreation, and building meaningful connections.

Transportation Training

Safe use of public transportation, rideshare services, and travel planning for greater independence.

Job Readiness Support

Workplace readiness skills like punctuality, communication, organization, and professional behavior.

Family Collaboration

Close work with families, caregivers, and support teams to promote consistent progress and success.

WHO WE SERVE

Person-centered support, on each individual’s terms.

We work with individuals and families who qualify for regional center and community-based support services. Our approach is grounded in dignity, respect, and meaningful progress, shaped by each person’s own goals.

We are establishing vendor status with the Lanterman Regional Center and also support participants through Self-Determination Program (SDP), private pay arrangements, and other approved community resources.
