Pathways to Independent Living Services.
Elevate L.I.F.E. Services works with individuals and families who qualify for regional center and community-based support services. Eligibility is generally determined through the regional center, individual program plans (IPP), or other authorized funding sources based on each person’s unique needs and goals.

Lanterman Regional Center
We are establishing vendor status with the Lanterman Regional Center (LRC) to provide Independent Living Services and related support programs. Until that is finalized, we can advise on the referral process and connect you with options.
Self-Determination Program (SDP)
We support participants who use the Self-Determination Program to direct their own services with greater flexibility, control, and individualized planning.
Private pay & community resources
We also work with families through private pay arrangements and other approved community support resources when applicable.
